**Overview**: The setting, operating & programming of large envelop parts using CNC machining centers.

**Job Description**
- Hands-on experience of Vertical Machining Centre (VMC) longitudinal axis of more than 2 meters
- Hands-on experience of Horizontal Machining Centre (HMC) work envelop Ø 1000 mm
- height 500 mm
- Hands-on experience with up to 8” chuck size CNC Lathe machines.
- Hands-on experience on mid-size multi-tasking machines (preferably MAZAK Integrex series)
- Knowledge of cutting tools & tool adaptors
- Understanding of various work holding devices & efficient use of manual fixturing elements
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes, Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerances (GD & T)
- Ability to read engineering drawing
- Experience with low volume & high mix-manufacturing environment
- Program (Mazatrol & EIA/ISO) & run machines with minimum supervision
- Familiar with measuring instruments like Digital Height Master, Vernier Calliper, Micrometre, Vernier Height Gauge, Thread plug gauge, and Slip gauges.
- Ability to read and interpret CMM reports
- Ability to maintain machine health with regular preventive maintenance as per guidelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Quick learner and flexible
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
