**Position Overview**: We are looking for a proactive Telecalling Executive to reach out to potential clients, provide property information, and schedule appointments for our sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make and attend outbound as well as incoming call from potential clients
- Provide details about properties and pricing
- Schedule meetings and site visits
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
- Follow up to nurture leads

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Sales-oriented with persuasive abilities
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM software
- Strong organizational skills
