We are looking for a dedicated CA Articleship Trainee to join our team.

Article's responsibilities include:

- Assist with business planning, fundraising, finance, and taxation compliance for SMEs.
- Support the management consulting practice.
- Handle income tax matters for corporate and individual clients.
- Prepare and file GST returns and ensure compliance for businesses.
- Conduct statutory, income tax, and GST audits.
- Work on corporate finance tasks.
- Finalize accounts and file income tax returns for corporates, partnership firms, LLPs, etc.
- Perform statutory audits in accordance with Indian laws.
- Conduct internal audits and present reports to the board and management.
- Prepare financial statements under accounting standards.
- File monthly GST returns and comply with GST regulations.
- Assist with the valuation of firms for debt and equity fundraising.
- Prepare and file monthly TDS calculations and quarterly returns.
- Assist with scrutiny and assessments under GST and Income Tax Act, including e-assessments.

**Who can apply**:

- Enrollment in the CA program with completion of IPCC/Intermediate level.
- Strong academic background in accounting or finance.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and tax regulations.
- Applicants having few months of experience with Chartered Firm can also apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of auditing, excellent communication, high confidence level.
