Reporting Location - Delhi

**Job Requirements and Responsibilities**:

- Verify client PO in terms of the mentioned quantity, taxes, cost etc.
- Processing orders by creating sales orders in CRM software.
- Maintain a record of items in stock
- Arrange Logistics
- Co-ordinate with transporter and client for a smooth transition of product supply
- Maintain dispatch record
- Provide field units with information about orders, traffic, obstacles in transport and other requirements
- Enter data in the computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information

**Qualifications / Skills**:

- Batchelor in any stream
- Min 2 years of experience as sales co-ordinator or dispatch coordination
- Tech-savvy with knowledge CRM software and MS Office
- Multi-tasker
- Sound judgement and critical thinking, should be able to deal with emergencies that arise
- Active listener with excellent communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,416.40 - ₹25,000.00 per month
