**Responsibilities**:
1)Experienced in handling options and futures trades for index and stocks. He should be able to clearly understand GREEKS of options such at delta, theta, Vega and trade same if needed.
2) Should be comfortable using algos of Greek and omnesys for execution of F&o
3)Experienced in trading with stock arbitrage both 1) capturing the opportunity from the screen and 2) setting against the cash flows.
4)Should be able to understand basic options strategies such as straddle, strangle, covered calls and puts.
5)Good in excel, proficiency in using functions such as vlookup.
6)Tracking of Dividend expectations and announcements for Arbitrage.

**Job Requirements**:

- A strong academic background, preferably focused on accounting, finance, or economics, is preferred.
- Experience of 4 year in the derivatives dealer field.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and a demonstration of strong analytical and financial skills are essential.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks with great attention to detail is crucial, as the associate position involves demanding and fast-paced work that requires quick thinking and independent problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
