Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Accounts Executive who must possess excellent math and communication skills, along with the knowledge required to operate most finance-related computer programs.

Primary Responsibilities
- Creating and sending client invoices and statements, receiving payments, posting payments against invoices or to client accounts.
- Should have knowledge of E commerce online sales Channel invoices generation
- Making bank deposits
- Follow up with past-due accounts, send collections letters.

Qualification:

- Commerce Graduate with minimum 2 years of relevant experience with an ecommerce company.

Desired Skills
- Good analytical and skills
- High level of accuracy
- Behavioral Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and priorities
- Proficient with Tally & unicommerce
- High proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience from consumer industry will be preferred
- Good Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
