**Education**: Master’s Degree in English with NON B.Ed / B.Ed

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons in line with the CBSE curriculum.
- Teach English Literature and Language to senior secondary classes (Grades 11 and 12).
- Design and evaluate assignments, tests, and examinations to assess student progress.
- Develop and implement creative teaching strategies to promote critical thinking and communication skills.
- Maintain student discipline and ensure a safe, positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues for lesson planning, interdisciplinary teaching, and school events.
- Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school functions.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and CBSE guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Postgraduate degree (M.A.) in English from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. degree is mandatory.
- FRESHERS / 2-5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated senior secondary school (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and smart classrooms.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in CBSE board exam preparation.
- Ability to integrate technology into the classroom.
- Creative approach to lesson planning and student engagement.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
