As Techno Functional Consultant:
Client Management
- Manages day-to-day client interaction - Sets and manages client expectations
- Develops lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties
- Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
- Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
- Builds a knowledge base of each client's business, organization and objectives
- Facilitates team and client meetings effectively
- Holds regular status meetings with project team
- Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors
- Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations
- Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
- Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
- Proven prior experience performing all Project Manager responsibilities and functions.
- General understanding in the areas of programming, database highly desirable.
- Understands Internet, Intranet, Extranet and client/server architectures
- Excellent ability to work in a team environment
- Genuine interest and takes pride in mentoring junior staff

In Odoo Development your primary job will include:
Job Description:

- Worked on Odoo v13 / v14 Community or Enterprise Edition
- Should have designed, developed and released at least 5 Osoo apps of acceptable scale in an end to end manner.
- Involvement in delivery of at least 5 Odoo live projects
- Development of new Odoo functional business modules and modification of existing ones.
- Good knowledge of Python and Odoo framework.
- Experience with Odoo Javascript framework is desirable
- Good knowledge of object oriented programming, object modelling, relational databases,Unix/Linux platform
- Skilled in logical and problem solving skills.
- Strong in development processes and methods (e.g. git version control, release management, project management tools, time sheets)
- Identifying the requirement and proposing a good alternative solution to the client requirement.
- Lead in Designing and development of Odoo apps (new module development, customisation).
- Consistently create quality software that meet specific design and requirements on stated timelines.
- Be involved in the Odoo project

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
