**Job Description**:
Position: Analyst/Article Assistance

Qualification: CA Articles/CA Inter

Experience: Audit /Taxations / Statutory Audit / Investment Banking.

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in operations of AIF/PMS.
- Prepare tax returns and assist in tax planning.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statement, reports, and budgets.
- Conducting audits of financial statement to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Coordination with Custody, RTA, FA, Investors and Client
- Assist in IPO.
- SEBI Compliances, Quarterly report preparation and filing, Trustee compliances, etc

**Requirement**:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
