**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptualize and design** commercial interior spaces based on client requirements, brand identity, and functional needs.
- Develop **detailed design plans, layouts, and mood boards** that align with project objectives.
- Create and present **3D renderings, sketches, and presentations** to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Select and specify **materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor** to enhance the interior environment.
- Work closely with **clients, architects, contractors, and vendors** to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Conduct **site visits and inspections** to oversee progress and ensure designs are implemented correctly.
- Stay updated on **current trends, sustainability practices, and emerging technologies** in commercial interior design.
- Prepare **detailed drawings, plans, and specifications** using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant design software.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely completion within cost constraints.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- **Proven experience** (5+ years) in **commercial interior design**, with a strong portfolio showcasing past projects.
- Proficiency in **design software** such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape.
- Strong knowledge of **space planning, materials, furniture, and lighting design**.
- Experience in preparing **technical drawings, BOQs, and design documentation**.
- Excellent **communication and presentation skills** to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to **multitask, manage multiple projects**, and work within deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in **sustainable and green design practices**.
- Knowledge of **building codes, regulations, and safety standards** related to commercial interiors.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced, collaborative environment**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,562.61 per month
