**Admissions Executive Responsibilities**:

- Communicate effectively with prospective students in a timely manner, providing a superior student experience.
- Effective communication with prospective students, to understand their requirements and showcase the University’s program offerings.
- Strive towards University’s enrolment goals and use outstanding relationship-building skills to recruit students to the University’s programs.
- Develop a database of teachers and administrators, and reach out to organize calendars of workshops and learning sessions.
- Complete weekly activity reports to include documentation of outreach activities and student appointments.
- Arrange campus tours, workshops, and sessions.
- Effective usage of the CRM software across all processes.
- Ability to follow directions and complete tasks accurately as well as accept supervisory input

**Admissions Executive Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree is a minimum requirement.
- Experience in university admissions is preferred.
- Familiarity with university programs, majors, admissions requirements and processes, and scholarship and financial aid resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning and people-reading skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
- A pro-active and go-getter attitude is valued.
