**Job Opportunity: Executive - Block Making & Moulding (Ceramic/Sanitaryware Industry)**
**Location**: Dewas, Madhya Pradesh
**Department**: Mould Production
**Experience Required**: 3 - 5 years in the **ceramic or sanitaryware industry**
**Age Group**: 25 - 30 years
**Gender**: Male

**Qualification**:

- Diploma or B.Tech in Ceramic Engineering
- Or any degree with **relevant experience in ceramics/sanitary ware**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures in **mould production**:

- Oversee and manage the raw material lifecycle - from incoming to processing
- Ensure cost-effective production through waste reduction and improved material utilization
- Develop and optimize ceramic/sanitary ware recipes to improve yield
- Coordinate with the productivity team to enhance manpower efficiency
- Train, mentor, and evaluate frontline workers and supervisors

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of the **sanitaryware or ceramic manufacturing process**:

- Basic **raw material understanding in the ceramics industry**:

- Problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Organizational and leadership capabilities
- Practical, business-oriented approach with a drive for results
- Ability to interpret SOPs, maintenance instructions, and safety regulations
- Effective communication in **English and Hindi**:

- Able to uphold and manage international standards in manufacturing practices
