**JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Initiating phone conversations with parents and providing them information about RISE Institute.
- Communicating with teachers, parents and administrators on an ongoing basis about behavioral and academic problems of the students.
- Analyze student's performance in the classroom to provide guidance and identify potential problems.
- Managing inbound and outbound calls from parents regarding any queries or providing them information about the student.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to balance administrative tasks efficiently.
- Self-learners with high grasping ability.
- Ability to make sound analytical judgement and to work without close supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
