Designation: Front End Manager

Salary - (Depends on managers interview) + 6000 LTA

Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Sales or Marketing

Qualification: Minimum Graduate

Location: Bathinda

1. Compiling & updating of database of small volume customers through Transport Associations, Customer References, Retail Outlets etc.

2. Convincing dealers, filling up enrolment forms & collection of RC books, generating leads through direct contact, word-of-mouth, telephonic conversation.

3. Act as a nodal person for handling all issues faced by these customers and their crew.

4. Assist in rolling out Sales Campaigns designed by IOC.

5. Marketing of Telematics Solutions, RFID and any other product/solution of IOC related to Field Executive as felt prudent by IOC. Telematics solution would encompass Vehicle Location & Route Mapping, Vehicle Health Monitoring, Driver Behaviour Monitoring, Fuel Integration etc.

6. Report sales and lead progress on online/digital platforms as provided by the agency.

7. Training provide to petrol pump dealers or hub dealers /owners as well.

8. Handling customer issues & resolve the same.

9. Target achieved on time

10. Maintain cordial relationship with existing & new customers.
