The Tandoor CDP is responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Indian tandoor dishes such as kebabs, breads, and curries, ensuring high-quality standards, consistency, and presentation in all items. The role demands skill in handling the tandoor oven, marination techniques, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook all tandoor dishes including kebabs, naan, roti, and other Indian bread items.
- Ensure all mise-en-place is prepared prior to service.
- Maintain consistent taste, texture, and presentation of all tandoor dishes.
- Control portions and minimize food wastage.
- Monitor and maintain proper temperature of tandoor ovens.
- Coordinate with Sous Chef and Commis for smooth kitchen operations.
- Follow hygiene and safety regulations as per hotel and FSSAI standards.
- Assist in menu planning, new dish trials, and food cost control.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of kitchen equipment.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff in tandoor section.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Tandoor section in a reputed hotel or restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and regional flavors.
- Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
