Duties & Responsibilities:

- CRM Activities: will look after customer complaints and resolve them and act as a single point of contact between customer and the Company. Take the lead on organizing the resources necessary to put together high-quality sales presentations.
- Follow up on telephone calls.
- Ensure the inventory of custom sales presentation materials such as brochures and presentation folders are always up to date.
- Act as the primary customer service contact for clients who have questions about their accounts or our products.
- Work with other departments within the company to bring in additional help on creating sales presentations when needed.

Key Skills:

- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English and Hindi

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

Requirement:

- 2+ years of sales experience

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai - 400071, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
