Roles and Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and offer strategic solutions led by technology and

digital communications.
- Identify, decode and solve business problems and convert them into opportunities for

clients across multiple industries and define frameworks to measure the results.
- Drive digital strategy for campaigns, content and platforms.
- Be a constant guide from strategy to execution and optimization.
- Lead the creative content team and supervise the work they produce
- Provides ongoing support to account management, creative and tech teams to reach their

goals. Mentors team members to do excellent work in formulating and following through

established strategies.

- Actively contributes to the continuous growth of the agency’s client portfolio across

categories. Define and conduct appropriate research activities and evaluate findings.
- Generate innovative ideas across classic and emerging digital platforms

What we are looking for
- 3+ years of experience in a creative agency (Digital agency)
- Experience of working with B2B and B2C clients.
- Deep understanding of the Social Media landscape (like what’s the latest Instagram feature

to what’s the new social media trend that’s going viral)
- Very strong Copywriting Skills
- Comprehensive portfolio that demonstrates inventive/imaginative digital solutions.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Creative and strategic thinker.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
