**Controller of Examinations (COE)**
Job Summary:
The Controller of Examination will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the examination process, including development, administration, and evaluation of all exams. They will ensure that all exams are conducted in a fair, secure, and timely manner, and that all results are accurate and reliable. The Controller of Examination will also be responsible for ensuring that all exam-related policies and procedures are adhered to, and for maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of all exam-related data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and oversee examination policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Coordinate and oversee the development and administration of all exams.
- Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and security of all exam results.
- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of all exam-related data.
- Oversee the scheduling of exams and the allocation of resources to support exam administration.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support exam development and administration.
- Conduct statistical analysis and reports on exam performance and outcomes.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to staff involved in exam development, administration, and evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements related to exam administration.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement of the exam administration process.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in exam administration, preferably in an educational or testing context.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in exam administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team.
- Knowledge of relevant software and technology.
