As a Social Studies Teacher, your primary responsibility will be to introduce students to the fascinating worlds of history, geography, politics, economics, and culture. **Responsibilities**
- **Designing Engaging Curriculum**: Develop well-structured lesson plans that cover historical events, geographical concepts, and cultural aspects.
- **Facilitating Classroom Discussions**: Encourage healthy debates and discussions among students, fostering an environment where diverse perspectives are respected.
- **Assessing Student Progress**: Set and grade assessments to evaluate students’ understanding of history and geography.
- **Understanding Student Needs**: Analyze individual students’ strengths, weaknesses, and interests to tailor your teaching approach.
- **Maintaining Discipline**: Establish classroom rules and ensure students adhere to them.
- **Organizing Field Trips**: Plan educational outings related to historical sites or geographical landmarks.
- **Collaborating with Parents**: Keep parents informed about student progress and seek additional support when needed.
- **Preparing Students for Debates and Events**: Encourage students to participate in formal debates and other extracurricular activities.

**Requirements and Skills**
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in education, history, geography, or a related discipline. A master’s degree is preferable.
- **Certification or License**: Relevant teaching certification or license may be required.
- **Effective Communication**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- **Cultural Sensitivity**: Demonstrate an understanding of diverse cultures and perspectives.
- **Knowledge of Current Events**: Stay informed about global happenings.
- **Passion for Teaching**: Show commitment to inspiring students’ interest in history and geography.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
