**Roles Responsibilities**
- Create and develop visual concepts and materials that communicate a company's message to its target audience,
- Conceptualising and developing design concepts, graphics and layouts,
- Designing and producing collateral in accordance with brand guidelines,
- Use a variety of graphic design software to create and edit images, layouts, and text,
- Work with clients and marketing team to understand their needs and create designs that meet their goals,
- Being able to work independently and give input and suggestions to the team,
- Exceptional creativity and innovation.
- Well versed in latest social media design practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 6+ months proven experience as a Graphics Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity,
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design is a plus.
- Possess a good knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW etc,
- The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently,
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, incorporating innovative techniques and approaches into your work,
- Work closely with developers, content creators, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs that meet objectives and deadlines.
- Kolkata/West Bengal location preferred,

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹28,682.68 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 1 year (preferred)
