**Finance Executive**:
**Demonstration of work experience (preferable)**:

- Should have experience of 3-6 years working in Various industries, including Service Industry experience.
- Preferred to have a high-level understanding of finance processes - preferably in the Finance and Accounts.
- Should have worked in Indian statutory provisions, preferably with Dubai and Singapore tax provisions.
- Should have hands on experience in reconciliation and filing of TDS returns.
- Should have experience in the field of EPF, PT, ESIC payment processing and filing of returns.
- Preferably experienced in Managing and payroll processing and employee expense report processing.
- Should have an experience in documentation and processing outward remittances and inward remittances.
- Experience in the preparing balance sheet related financial reports

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Maintenance of books of accounts, payroll, invoicing, maintenance of day-to-day transactions.
- Filing of monthly and annual GST returns and reconciliation on a periodical basis of the ITC.
- Statutory Payments and Filings, such as TDS, GST, PF, ESI, PT, etc.
- Account Receivables: timely reconciliation and follow-up for collections with the relevant stakeholders.
- Accounts Payable - thorough validation of bills from compliance, contract, and actual service perspective.
- Monitoring transactions, identifying irregularities in invoices, monitor bank deposits and payments, etc.
- Preparation and reporting of financial reports.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to details. Very well organized and systematic in thinking and approach
- Deep analytical and inter-personal skills.
- Can present a convincing point of view to the respective stakeholder and achieve outcomes.
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles.
- Comfortable in working in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
- Effectively use tools like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- High on energy and focus to achieve outcomes.
- Willing to take feedback and adopt it in their work.
