We are hiring a **Lead Associate - R2R** with 3-6 years of hands-on experience in **end-to-end Record to Report (R2R)** processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting. The role requires proficiency in **SAP** and prior experience in an **international BPO/KPO** environment.

**Key Requirements**:

- 3-6 years of R2R experience
- Strong SAP knowledge (FICO/GL or relevant modules)
- Experience in month-end/year-end close, intercompany transactions, and fixed asset accounting
- Background in international BPO/KPO is mandatory
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willing to work in **US shift** and from **Mumbai office**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
