We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly **Product Promoters** to represent our brand inside leading supermarkets and modern retail outlets. The staff will be responsible for **displaying, explaining, and promoting products** to customers, ensuring brand visibility and driving sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and maintain product display counters inside the store.
- Actively approach customers, explain product features, and encourage trials/purchases.
- Answer customer queries politely and provide detailed product information.
- Ensure proper stock levels, product visibility, and cleanliness of the display area.
- Share product samples (if applicable) and distribute brochures/pamphlets.
- Maintain daily sales reports and update the supervisor on customer feedback.
- Build positive relationships with store staff for smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass (Graduation preferred).
- Prior experience in **in-store promotion, sales, or FMCG retail** will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English, local language).
- Pleasant personality with customer-handling skills.
- Energetic, confident, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to work in supermarket/modern bazaar environment (rotational shifts possible).
