- 2+ years of experience in US immigration (or) Europe immigration programs (UK & DE).
- Good written and verbal communication skills; high quality document and report preparation.
- Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards.

Key job responsibilities
- Efficiently handle high volumes of US Visa (H1 and L1) transactions (or) UK & Germany transactions in strict alignment with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Adhere to privacy and confidentiality regulations in maintaining records.
- Update the case management system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Own processes and administrative tasks related to defined operational work.
- Validate, test, and recommend edits to immigration standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Partner with global team members to build and improve upon common processes.
- Gain an understanding of immigration globally, in addition to existing country or region-specific expertise.
- Escalate issues to Immigration Specialists or managers on timely manner.
