**About the Role**:
We are seeking **enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates** to join our Clinical Trials Office as **Research Data Coordinators**. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates looking to launch their career in **clinical research**, **healthcare data management**, or **medical data analysis**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and interpret medical records and clinical data
- Extract relevant patient and study-related information
- Accurately enter and manage data in research databases
- Ensure compliance with study protocols and data quality standards
- Collaborate with clinical research teams to support study objectives
- Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good understanding of medical/clinical terminology (training will be provided)
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a collaborative team environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,841.24 - ₹18,000.00 per month
