**Job Summary**:
The graphic/visual designer’s responsibility includes the entire process of visual design, from visualizing design concepts to creating the System Soft Technologies and client’s graphics, which include but are not limited to illustrations, logos, layouts, presentations, and web designs. The designer is to be the one to deliver effective solutions including visual aspects of campaigns, websites, print materials, digital material, marketing collateral and more.

The designer’s graphics should engage and communicate the right messages our audiences. Understanding the client’s needs coupled with a strong ability to translate requirements into the right design solutions will be a strong indicator of success for the person in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Translate creative briefs and/or project outlines to assist in determining requirements for internal and client projects.
- Produce high quality designs that meet the needs of System Soft Creative Studios and our wide variety of clients.
- Deliver great design solutions from concepts to final output, ensuring brand consistency across all projects.
- Work with copywriters, designers, various teams, and creative director to produce final design output.
- Attend all required client meetings (project kickoffs, etc.).
- Have a positive, growth-focused attitude, participate in daily creative reviews and be able accept and learn from feedback.
- Ensure all designs are visually effective, aesthetically pleasing, and on-brand.
- Keeping all projects organized and managing project folders, assets, and images.
- Stay up to date on the latest design trends and share with the creative studios team.
- Support all teams in achieving company-wide goals and objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- 5-7+ years of design experience in an agency and/or in-house agency.
- Exceptionally skilled at visual storytelling, typography, layout, color, etc.
- Extensive experience with design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, specifically with interactive, print, social, and marketing materials.
- Working knowledge of presentation design tools - PowerPoint, Keynote, Prezi, etc.
- A stellar portfolio of quality examples of your work as it relates to this position.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), will need to articulate design concepts clearly with a wide variety of clients, executives, etc.
- Proactive mindset, self-starter, sense of urgency, ability to work in fast-paced environment, flexible to shifting priorities.
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
- Understanding of web design, digital and social marketing processes.
- Pluses, not required:

- Working knowledge of After Effects, Premiere.
- Working knowledge of UI Design.
- Working knowledge of CSS and HTML.
