Financial:
Improve profitability of organization through prevention of malicious losses.
Customer:
- Ensure a secure and safe for all customers, visitors and staff members.
- To maintain relationships with all appropriate Police, Fire & other Civil Agencies.
Operational:
- Have a fair experience in the functioning of a warehouse/depot and drive SLP initiatives, policies & policies across the assigned depot.
- Interface with the depot Operations Team to create awareness about SLP compliance.
- To prevent, detect, and resolve all incidents of theft and shoplifting, transactional fraud, internal / external malicious activities.
- Analyze, monitor, detect and investigate malicious discrepancies found in the cash, inventory, and financial transactions, exchanges, and reconciliation processes in the assigned DEPOT.
- Effective usage of the security tools such CCTV, DVRs, EAS, Security Fixtures installed in the DEPOT for combating theft and fraud.
- Ensure that all the security gadgets are operational at all the time and liaise with IT/Facility Team for rectification of any faults.
- Track SLP incidents and ensure their timely closure.
- Act as a single point of contact during emergency / crisis situations and support business continuity.
- Identify existing or potential risk in the local environment and take counter actions in consultation with SLP Ops Head.
- Support DEPOT Operations in lodging of FIR / Complaints as and when required and liaise with civil police for effective follow up.
- Administration of the security staff on outsourced rolls.
- Track performance of Security Agencies.
- To support SLP Ops Head in the execution and compliances of the SLP policies and initiatives.
- Be proficient in handling system functions necessary for basic operations of an SCM facility and carry out audits.

People Development:
- To ensure a high level of execution and delivery of training to Security and Loss Prevention as well as the general DEPOT staff on SLP programs practices, and policies.
- Track performance of subordinate SLP staff.

Educational Qualifications:
- Graduate.
**Experience**:
- 2 years of experience at executive level and exposure to warehouse operations/Supply Chain Operations from SLP/Operations perspective.
