The role in a nutshell:
This role is a key position within the organization and responsible for Processing Monthly invoices and sending of invoices to the clients.

How you will make a difference:

- Processing Monthly invoices and sending of invoices to the clients.
- Ensuring the invoices are processed correctly and Fees and charges are charged as per the Master service agreement.
- Journal Posting into SAP system.
- Ensuring invoices are processed as per the schedule.
- Work closely with Global Operation teams to ensure all invoices have been received for processing, if anything pending to be processed need to chase OPS team.
- Respond to any queries raised by clients.
- Prioritizing any urgent tasks needing completing.

What will give you an advantage:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-5 years of full time working experience
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Self-directed individual with initiative
- Analytical
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail
- Professional accountancy qualification a benefit but not essential
- Microsoft Excel to a high level and Word are essential
- Can operate in a structured and organized way
