Preschool Teacher

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood curriculum
- Foster a safe, warm, and stimulating classroom environment
- Teach basic skills like colors, shapes, numbers, letters, and pre-writing
- Conduct circle time, storytelling, rhymes, art & craft, and hands-on learning activities
- Observe and assess students’ development and maintain records
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding child progress
- Maintain hygiene, discipline, and positive behavior management
- Decorate classrooms with child-friendly displays and seasonal themes
- Coordinate with co-teachers and participate in school events and celebrations
- Attend staff meetings and ongoing professional development sessions

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree / Diploma / Certificate in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Fluency in English with excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Patient, loving, and enthusiastic attitude towards young children
- Basic knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods
- Creative and organized, with good classroom management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with the team and follow school policies

Pay: ₹8,582.14 - ₹28,063.74 per month
