**Job Description - UI/UX Designer**

Paytronic Network has been an Automated Payment & Credit financing solution for FMCG and Pharma retail supply chains. It has developed ‘Autopay’, Platform for B2B Payments & Lending, trials completed for FMCG supply chain with around 3000 Retailers in Kolhapur and Nashik. We have a strong network of over 35,000 participating merchants across 90 cities for “Recharge Points”. We are the winner of Red Herring Asia - 100 for the recharge platform.

As our UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design of the product. We’re looking for a passionate, seasoned designer who wants to deliver delightful user experiences using insanely simple designs.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- To design and develop novel algorithms
- To perform explanatory data analyses
- To generate and test working hypotheses
- To prepare and analyze historical data and identify patterns
- To provide technical support for program management and business development activities including proposal writing and customer development
- To own and manage knowledge sharing within a community
- To conduct research, carry out testing and use data to create value-based propositions with optimized information flows
- To collaborate with our product and engineering teams to produce powerful product interfaces and interactions
- To work with the leadership to strengthen our brand voice and vision
- To work on creating the entire user experience from research to UX Strategy, UX writing to wireframing and prototyping.
- To create the UI, iconography, grid systems, micro-animations / interactions and other styles of expression.
- To create original graphic design to bring the interface design to life
- To build a top-notch team of designers that works in service of the product

**Qualifications Required**:

- Post-graduation in interaction design, user experience design from a reputed institute.
- At least 3-5 years of industry experience in user experience, interaction design
- Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
- Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
- Expert level for user-centered design and testing methodologies, usability and accessibility issues.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams.
- Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, AdobeXD. Good understanding on HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Ability to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences
- Experience on user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing,

A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
- Be willing to help teammates, share knowledge and experience with them, and learn from them.
- Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
- Ability to work with program management teams to design the overall project planning and execute the same either in an agile model.

**Salary**: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
