Roles & Responsibilities:
**Purpose**

Manage complex ERP implementation delivery, governance profitably across multiple customers
in the India region for Ramco's Aviation Software.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Influencing client business requirements to maximize adoption for the product.
- Ensuring the projects are delivered on time within the budgeted scope.
- Provide project management, change management, consulting leadership for
implementation programs, realizing key stakeholder objectives.
- Realize strong customer engagement, including post implementation account management
oversight.
- Build and nurture teams driving consulting excellence and best practices in implementation
delivery.
- Enhance, Encourage & foster knowledge sharing culture, formalize knowledge management
process for building high performance team.
- Institutionalize risk management through repository building, training, and active mentoring
on projects.
- Collaborate internally across various stakeholders to deliver value to the customer.

- Experience in consulting / product implementations, in supply chain or maintenance/MRO
oriented domains. Exposure to aviation domain would be preferred.
- Experience in driving digital transformation programs.
- Strong expertise in delivering large scale projects in the context of Aviation product
implementations.

**Ideal Experience**

18 to 20 years of experience in consulting organizations or medium to large system integrators
or in implementation delivery functions of product organizations.
