**Position**: Architect

**Location**: Mumbai

**Experience**:3- 5 years

**Responsibilities**:

- Designing and planning architectural projects from conception to completion.
- Developing architectural drawings, plans, and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Conducting site visits and surveys to assess environmental and spatial constraints.
- Generating design proposals, presentations, and construction documents.
- Selecting materials, finishes, and architectural elements for projects.
- Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Overseeing construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff members, interns, and architectural assistants.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Professional licensure as an architect (or in progress).
- Proven experience working on architectural projects of varying scales and complexities.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar programs.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and creativity in design solutions.
- Time management and project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changes and challenges in project requirements.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,892.21 per month
