**Sales Executive - Life Coaching Organization**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales & Business Development**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the reach of our life coaching programs.
- Develop strong relationships with potential clients, corporate partners, and referral sources to drive client acquisition.
- Set and achieve sales targets to contribute to the organization's growth.

**2. Marketing & Outreach**
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote life coaching services.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.

**3. Client Engagement & Sales Support**
- Present and communicate the value of life coaching programs to potential clients through meetings, presentations, and proposals.
- Follow up with leads, address client inquiries, and guide them through the sales process.
- Maintain client databases and track sales progress using CRM tools.

**4. Event Coordination & Networking**
- Help organize and participate in workshops, webinars, and promotional events to boost visibility.
- Attend networking events and community outreach programs to establish brand presence.
- Collaborate with coaches and trainers to align sales efforts with program offerings.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in education, wellness, or coaching sectors).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
