We're a fast-paced digital marketing agency that brings ideas to life through strategy, storytelling, and design. From scroll-stopping ads to sleek landing pages, we believe great design drives performance. Now, we’re looking for a hybrid thinker — someone with a sharp eye for **branding and visuals**, and a working knowledge of **UI/UX** to support digital experiences that convert.

**What You’ll Do**
- Design high-impact creatives for social media, ads, website banners and branding
- Collaborate with marketers and copywriters to craft cohesive visual stories
- Support in creating wireframes and layouts for landing pages, websites, and mobile screens
- Bring brand guidelines to life across digital and print formats
- Work closely with developers on implementation
- Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance data
- Maintain consistency across multiple brands and projects

**What We’re Looking For**
- 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience (agency experience a plus)
- Strong portfolio of digital work: social ads, web visuals, branding, etc.
- Basic understanding of UX principles and responsive design
- Familiarity with wireframing tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude
- Bonus: Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
