Maid/housekeeping Cleaner

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and clothing as needed.
- Provide floor care services such as carpet cleaning and maintenance of hard surface floors.
- Ensure proper sanitation practices are followed in all cleaning tasks to maintain health and safety standards.
- Assist with cooking and meal preparation when required, ensuring kitchen cleanliness and organization.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to client requests and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the facility.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is preferred, with an emphasis on attention to detail.
- Familiarity with janitorial practices and commercial cleaning standards is a plus.
- Experience in housekeeping management or hotel environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Skills in floor care techniques, including carpet cleaning methods, are highly desirable.
