**Responsibilities**:
Providing complete support for visa-related questions, providing accurate and complete information to customers, submitting documentation to visa processing centres, and assisting the content team with the upload of visa-related content on our website. Handling visas for all our customers.

**Key Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail Travel industry
- Had prior knowledge on Visa documentation, submissions especially long haul destinations.
- Good command over English & regional language.
- Knowledge visa documentations, submission requirments of different countries, visa processing centre locations.
- Highly trustworthy & person can manage his work very efficiently.
- Able to provide correct & right visa information to the customers & handle critical visa cases.
- Multitasking & Time management.

**Qualification**

Minimum qualification is graduation in any stream.

**Salary**: ₹170,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per year
