**Responsibilities**:
**1. Teaching**:

- Develop and deliver undergraduate and graduate courses in data analytics, data science, statistical analysis, and related fields.
- Create engaging and effective instructional materials, including lectures, assignments, and assessments.
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative learning environment that supports diverse student needs and learning styles.
- Provide mentorship and academic guidance to students pursuing research projects and capstone initiatives.

**2. Research**:

- Publish research findings in reputable peer-reviewed journals, present at conferences, and participate in academic discussions within the discipline.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary research teams and industry partners to address real-world challenges using data-driven approaches.

**3. Curriculum Development**:

- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the data analytics curriculum to ensure its relevance and alignment with industry trends and emerging technologies.

**4. Service and Engagement**:

- Participate in departmental and university committees, contributing to academic governance and decision-making processes.
- Engage in outreach activities to promote the program and connect with industry professionals, community organizations, and potential partners.
- Provide academic advisement to students, assisting them in course selection, career planning, and research pursuits.

**5. Professional Development**:

- Stay current with advancements in data analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and related fields through continuous learning, attending workshops, and pursuing relevant certifications.
- Actively engage in professional societies and organizations to expand networks and stay abreast of emerging research and educational practices.

**Qualifications**:

- MBA. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in data analytics, machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.
- A track record of research accomplishments, evidenced by publications in reputable journals and conference proceedings.
- Prior teaching experience, preferably at the university level, with a passion for effective pedagogical methods.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and external partners.
- Dedication to continuous learning and professional development.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
