Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant

Location: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, public areas, and other assigned spaces within the establishment. The role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies.
- Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and meeting rooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly.
- Follow established procedures for the disposal of waste and recyclables.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest requests or concerns.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.

*Qualifications:*
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to [insert weight, if applicable].

**Working Conditions**:

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
