**Role Description**:
We are seeking a highly skilled Test Architect to join our Test Engineering team. The Test Architect will be responsible for ensuring that the architectural requirements for testing are met, particularly in the areas of test automation, test data management, and complex testing requirements. The role will focus on automating end-to-end regression test series and ensuring the provision of necessary test data within test environments. This role is crucial in driving the overall test efficiency through architectural guidance and consulting.

**Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities**:
Central Testing Services: Provide central testing services to optimize testing capabilities, especially related to test automation, test data management, and complex testing requirements, particularly in programs.

Consultancy for Test Scenarios: Provide expert consultancy in challenging test situations related to test scenarios, test architecture, and test data management.

KPIs Implementation: Implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to systematically analyze the overall test capabilities and efficiency.

Test Architecture Involvement: Contribute to the company-wide test architecture to continuously improve test capabilities and possibilities.

Information Security: Adhere to all information security requirements related to the role, ensuring compliance at all stages of testing and solution development.

**Key Competencies & Skills Required**:
**Technical Skills**:
Manual & Automation Testing: Extensive experience in both manual and automation testing, with a focus on regression testing.

Agile Practices: Proficiency in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.

ISTQB or Equivalent Testing Accreditation: ISTQB certification or similar industry-standard testing credentials.

Testing Lifecycle Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the complete testing lifecycle and various types of tests (e.g., functional, performance, security).

MF ALM: Experience with MF ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) tools.

Client-Server Programming: Strong IT technical background in client-server programming with a deep understanding of architectural contexts.

Test Automation Tools: Hands-on experience in test automation (End-to-End test cases), with a preference for Tosca or Selenium.

**Nice to Have**:
JAVA Knowledge: Familiarity with JAVA programming language for test automation.

Collaboration Tools: Experience using Jira or X-ray for test management and collaboration.

**Behavioral Skills**:
Fluency in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Polish and/or German is desirable).

Service-Oriented Mindset: Ability to adopt a service-oriented approach while working with internal teams and stakeholders.

Energetic & Goal-Oriented: A highly energetic, goal-driven individual with excellent interpersonal skills.

**Minimum Educational Qualification**:
**Years of Experience & Knowledge**:
3-5 years of experience in the insurance process with expertise in test planning, execution, and data management.

Strong understanding of key metrics needed to monitor and optimize the test process.

Able to work on diverse projects within a performance-oriented culture.

Experience in developing test concepts for large, complex solutions.

Proven track record in specifying, structuring, driving, and tracking system tests.

Experience working on medium to large projects with diverse testing teams.

Familiarity with standard solution development lifecycles (Requirements Engineering, Application Development, Testing).

Hands-on experience with the defect management lifecycle.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
