UI Designer

**The positions we are hiring for are as follows**:
**UI Designer**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prototyping: Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate the flow and functionality of the user interface.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure design consistency.
- Design Systems: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure a cohesive and consistent design language across all products.
- User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on design solutions.
- Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from team members and users to refine and improve design concepts.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our designs are cutting-edge and innovative.

**Qualifications**
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in UI design, preferably with a focus on Figma.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing your UI design skills, particularly using Figma, including examples of web and mobile interfaces.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Figma **and other design tools such as **Sketch, Adobe XD**, or similar.
- Strong understanding of **UX principles** and best practices.
- Ability to create responsive designs that work across various devices and screen sizes.
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail and a good understanding of typography, color, and layout.
- Experience with prototyping tools and techniques.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with team members.
