**Job Summary**:
**The Site Store Keeper is responsible for managing the storage, inventory, and distribution of materials and supplies at a construction or project site. This role ensures that the materials required for the project are available, well-organized, and properly accounted for, contributing to the efficiency and productivity of the site operations.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update the inventory management system.
- Conduct regular stock counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders when necessary to avoid shortages.
- **Material Handling**:

- Organize and store materials in designated areas in an orderly and safe manner.
- Issue materials to site personnel as per request and ensure proper documentation.
- Ensure the safe and proper handling of all materials to prevent damage.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of all inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns.
- Prepare and submit regular inventory reports to the Site Manager/Warehouse Supervisor.
- Keep accurate records of equipment and tools issued and returned.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect materials for defects, damage, or discrepancies and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure that all materials meet project specifications and quality standards.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures for material handling and storage.
- Ensure that the storage area is clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Comply with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations related to warehousing and inventory management.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Coordinate with suppliers and transporters for the timely delivery of materials.
- Communicate effectively with site personnel and other departments regarding material availability and requirements.
- Assist in resolving any issues related to inventory or materials promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience as a storekeeper, inventory manager, or similar role, preferably in a construction or industrial setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials, and work in varying site conditions.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations related to warehousing and inventory management.

**Application Process**:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
