**Experience**:15 years of experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Specialize in the recruitment of women workers, migrant workers, and contract women workers.
- Expertise in field recruitment and rural recruitment for spinning mills.
- Conduct recruitment driver through various initiatives.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Ensure no manpower shortage and machine no machine stoppage due to manpower.

**Qualifications**:

- Any degree or experience in the related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in a recruitment role, with a focus on women and migrant worker recruitment / contract women worker
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Should speak - Tamil, Hindi

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
