As a PR (Public Relations) Executive, your primary responsibility is to manage the public image and reputation of the organization you work for. You will develop and implement PR strategies and campaigns to enhance brand awareness, promote positive relationships with various stakeholders, and manage communication during both normal and crisis situations. Your role involves working closely with internal teams, media outlets, and the public to effectively convey the organization's key messages and maintain a favorable public image.
**Responsibilities**:
- Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive PR strategies and campaigns to align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Media Relations: Develop and maintain positive relationships with journalists, editors, and media outlets to secure coverage and generate positive publicity.
- Content Creation: Write and edit compelling press releases, speeches, articles, blog posts, and other communication materials to effectively convey key messages and maintain consistent branding.
- Crisis Management: Act as the primary point of contact during crisis situations, providing timely and accurate information to media outlets and stakeholders, and managing the organization's reputation.
- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the organization's brand image and reputation through consistent messaging, positioning, and proactive PR activities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Identify key stakeholders and develop strategies to engage and build positive relationships with them, including customers, partners, employees, and the general public.
- Event Management: Plan and coordinate PR events, including press conferences, product launches, industry conferences, and community engagement activities.
- Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor media coverage and public sentiment, conduct media analysis, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of PR activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Internal Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, HR, and senior management, to ensure consistent messaging and align PR efforts with overall organizational goals.
- Social Media Management: Oversee the organization's social media presence, develop engaging content, and respond to inquiries or comments from the public.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in PR or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle crisis situations.
- Familiarity with media outlets and industry trends.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and monitoring tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
