**Job Summary**:
The Commis 2 is an entry-level role in the kitchen, responsible for assisting in basic food preparation and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. This position provides an opportunity to learn and grow in culinary skills while supporting the team in delivering high-quality dishes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation**:

- Assist in preparing ingredients (e.g., chopping vegetables, marinating meats) as per the requirements of the senior chefs.
- Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency in food preparation.
- **Support in Cooking**:

- Aid in cooking basic dishes under supervision.
- Ensure that portions and presentations align with the kitchen standards.
- **Kitchen Maintenance**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas.
- Handle and clean equipment, utensils, and appliances properly.
- **Hygiene & Safety**:

- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in proper storage and labeling of food items to maintain freshness.
- **Team Assistance**:

- Support the kitchen team during busy operations by handling assigned tasks efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team members and follow instructions.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or a similar role is an advantage.
- Basic culinary training or a Certificate/Diploma in Culinary Arts is a plus.

**Working Conditions**:

- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
