**Job Description**:
This position is responsible for the IT Procurement Order & Invoice processing
- P2P knowledge
- Handling procurement tasks and Vendor communications
- Track order status & communicates backlogs.
- Invoice coding and Basic knowledge of accounting
- Reviews, monitor, and maintain Invoices & PO until they are closed.
- Assist in resolving PO & invoice discrepancies.
- Ensure best practices are followed in the Procurement cycle with the understanding of IT Asset Management process from purchase to retirement.
- Ability to work and contribute strongly as a team player.
Qualifications:
1. Previously worked in IT Procurement or Procurement tools knowledge
2. Available to work in shifts
3. Involved in multiple process reengineering opportunities
4. Good communication and analytical skillset.
5. Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
