Urgent requirement for “Officer Safety” for a leading PEB industry of Ahmedabad.

Advise and lead employees on various safety-related topics.

Review existing policies and procedures. Adhere to all the rules and regulations. Work with HR to set up and implement safety protocols.

Conduct risk assessment. Enforce preventative measures. Check if all the employees are acting in adherence with rules and regulations.

Organizing and conducting safety training for employees. Regular Site inspection for monitoring unsafe act and unsafe condition. Accident investigation and reporting. Conducting Mock Drill for various emergency plans. Preparing on site emergency plan. Preparing checklist for different nature of job based on risk assessment.

The Site Safety Officer will be required to identify best practices and incorporate these best practices into our standards to continuously improve company safety policies.

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical engineering with1 year regular diploma in Industrial Safety. Similar experience of 2 year plus in PEB industry or industrial sites preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort interfacing with site leaders. Ability to develop and implement department goals and strategies. Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
