Duties & Responsibilities of Assistant Career Counsellor:
*Reaching potential students & parents by phone to advise them about the courses provided & their opportunities & categorizing the calls to hot, warm-cool.

*Recording all call feedback on daily basis in the specified format on day to day basis.

*Handle inbound & outbound calls, make calls as per the available query list and conduct regular follow up to gather and successfully close up leads.

*Minimum effective 50 to 60 calls

*Generate walk-ins.

*Ensuring the daily admission targets are met.

*Supporting all admission-related external as well as internal activities marketing activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thrissur, Trichur - 680004, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
