**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Telecaller to join our sales team. As a Sales Telecaller, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and closing sales. You should be comfortable with direct sales tactics, providing excellent customer service, and working towards achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
- Promote and explain the features and benefits of our products/services.
- Provide product recommendations based on customer needs.
- Convince prospects to make a purchase or schedule further discussions.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to close sales.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Report daily activities, feedback, and progress on sales goals to the Sales Manager.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Sales, Marketing, or related fields are a plus.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Skills**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
