- Keep abreast of changes to immigration laws and policies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Visa Counselor or in a similar role
- Knowledge of Canadian immigration laws, policies, and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
