**Compensation Plans for Outbound Sales**:
Outbound sales often have a **commission-based** structure alongside a base salary, depending on performance. Commonly:

- **Base Salary + Commission**: For every deal closed, they earn a commission (could be a percentage or a fixed amount per sale).
- **Performance Bonuses**: For meeting or exceeding quotas.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Qualify leads and build a pipeline of potential customers.
- Set appointments or demos for Account Executives.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and maintain pipeline momentum.
- Use CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads and performance.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and improve outreach tactics.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A positive, self-starter with a passion for sales and customer relationships.

**Compensation**:
Base salary + competitive commission structure. Top performers earn uncapped commissions

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
